Delaware State Police Troop 3 is issuing a Gold Alert for 13-year-old Kiotti Maldonado of Dover, Delaware. Kiotti was last seen leaving his residence on April 12, 2024. Attempts to contact or locate him have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being.
Kiotti is described as a white male, approximately 5’04” tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds. He was last seen wearing red sweatpants and a gray shirt. He was last seen on a red and black Mongoose bicycle. His destination is unknown.
Anyone with information regarding Kiotti Maldonado’s whereabouts is asked to contact Delaware State Police Troop 3 by calling 302-697-4454, or by dialing 9-1-1. Information may also be provided by contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
