BPG breaks ground on 61-apartment building in Wilmington
The Buccini/Pollin Group Inc. broke ground Friday morning on Humble Park, its latest residential development in downtown Wilmington. Located at the intersection of 4th and Market Streets, the multi-family community will bring 61 apartments to 317 N., Market St. in the summer of 2024.
