The Delaware State Police have arrested 61-year-old Howard Hampton of Magnolia, Delaware and 48-year-old Cheryl Brown of Magnolia, Delaware for a shooting that occurred yesterday evening.

On June 13, 2023, at approximately 6:45 p.m., troopers responded to the 100 block of Moores Drive in Magnolia regarding a shooting that had just occurred. Troopers discovered that a 45-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman had been walking on Moores Drive when a white pickup truck began approaching them.
