Attendees took part in a wide variety of activities. Children had fun with the kids’ pony stick race, while adults competed in the best-dressed contest, where prizes were awarded for the most stylish outfits.
The Marketplace featured a standout tent by ‘One Fresh Hat’, a Maryland-based company known for its high-quality, equestrian-inspired hats. Their presence at the event added a unique flair, providing attendees with an opportunity to explore a selection of distinctive headwear.

In addition to the fashion and races, attendees had the opportunity to ride ponies and horses, further contributing to the event’s family-friendly atmosphere. A variety of local pet stores, shelters, rescues, trainers, and groomers participated, including Humane Animal Partners and the Brandywine Valley SPCA, both offering adoptable puppies for those looking to add a new furry friend to their family.
The grounds were lined with numerous tailgates and tents, where guests could relax, socialize, and enjoy food and drinks.
Point-to-Point is Winterthur’s largest one-day fundraiser, with proceeds supporting the preservation of the Winterthur Garden and the estate’s nearly 1,000 acres of natural lands. Despite the weather, the event maintained its role as a beloved community tradition, drawing crowds from near and far to support Winterthur’s environmental stewardship programs.
