Amish Outlaws turn The Queen into a high-energy party
The Amish Outlaws headline The Queen in downtown Wilmington on Friday, Nov. 7, at 8 p.m. (21+). The band, known for its members’ Amish roots and rapid-fire mashups of classic rock, pop, hip-hop, and country, promises a crowd-participation-heavy show in the historic Market Street venue. Delaware Antiques Show anchors the Riverfront
Winterthur’s 62nd Annual Delaware Antiques Show runs Friday–Sunday at the Chase Center on the Riverfront, featuring top dealers in American furniture, folk art, silver, ceramics, textiles and jewelry. Blue Coats open G League season at Chase Fieldhouse
The Delaware Blue Coats, NBA G League affiliate of the Philadelphia 76ers, open their 2025–26 season Saturday, Nov. 8, at 1 p.m. against the Westchester Knicks at Chase Fieldhouse on the Wilmington Riverfront. The Hagley Museum will Demos Robotics on Saturday, November 8th
Hagley will formally introduce the partnership during a “Robotics Roundup” Science Saturday on Nov. 8 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Visitors can meet six local robotics teams, watch live demonstrations, and tour the FIRST Spark Lab open house inside the Power Plant, where team members will showcase robot promotion, coding, construction, and driving, including both autonomous and remote-controlled tasks. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 2 p.m. in front of the Power Plant.
Music School of Delaware celebrates 100 years on Sunday
The Music School of Delaware marks its centennial with a celebration Sunday, Nov. 9, from 4–7 p.m. at its Wilmington campus, 4101 N. Washington St. The event includes decade-themed music rooms, live performances, an instrument “petting zoo,” photo booths, raffles, and a story-collection station. Final weekend for ‘The Girls of Summer’ at Delaware Theatre Company
Delaware Theatre Company concludes its run of “The Girls of Summer” this weekend on the Riverfront, with performances Saturday at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. Written and directed by Layon Gray, the NAACP Award-winning drama follows an all-Black women’s baseball team in 1946 whose title chase is shaken by secrets and betrayal.
