WILMINGTON — Wilmington Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect believed to be connected to multiple burglaries that occurred across several city neighborhoods between May 31 and June 1.
According to officials, officers from the Uniformed Services Division responded to reports of break-ins at residences located on the 2200 block of West 9th Street, 700 block of Nottingham Road, 900 block of North Bancroft Parkway, 2200 block of Fairfield Place, and 2200 block of Highland Place.
The investigation has been assigned to Detective Justin Wilkers of the department’s Criminal Investigation Division. Police say Wilkers obtained surveillance footage of the suspect, and images have been released to assist in the identification effort.

Police have not yet released details about what, if anything, was stolen during the burglaries or whether the suspect is believed to have acted alone.
