TRAFFIC ALERT – New Castle County – Lane Restrictions on Heald Street / Starting Monday, June 19th

Wilmington — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that motorists should expect daytime lane closures on Route 9 southbound at Southbridge Railroad, between D Street and New Castle Avenue beginning Monday, June 19 for drainage improvements. Closures will be from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
