The boys’ lacrosse season heats up this week as everyone is now done with spring breaks and the season hits its stride with a lot of big games this week.

 

The No. 3 Archmere Auks are coming into their big game with No. 1 Sallies on Wednesday night with a 1-3 record but don’t let that fool you.  Their 3 losses are to out of state teams and now they can see where they stand in Delaware when they face nationally ranked Sallies.

 

The No. 4 Quakers saw one of their players hit a milestone in their 10-6 win over conference rival Tatnall on Saturday . Senior Kevin Dolan scored  4 goals including his 100th career goal in that huge win over then No. 6 Tatnall. Congratulations from the staff at Delaware Live Sports.  They have a huge conference game this week hosting No. 6 Tower Hill.

No. 1 Sallies (7-0)(LW No. 1)  The Sals won two games last week beating Cardinal Mooney andt St Joseph College Institution (NY)/  This week the Sals host No. 3 Archmere on Wednesday and Cherokee (NJ) on Saturday.

 

No. 2 Cape Henlopen (2-1)(LW No. 2)  The Vikings fell to LaSalle College High school (PA) 15-9 last week.  The Vikings travel to Sts Peter & Paul (MD) on Monday.  They will host Hill School (PA) on Wednesday and travel to Sussex Central on Saturday. 

 

No. 3 Archmere (1-3)(LW  No. 3) The Auks fell to Springside Chestnut Hill (PA) 11-6 last week.  They host conference member FSMA on Monday and travel to No. 1 Sallies on Wednesday.

 

No. 4 Friends (3-0)(LW No. 4)  The Quakers defeated conference rival Tatnall 10-6 on Saturday.  They host Wilmington Christian on Tuesday and No. 6 Tower Hill on Thursday.

 

No. 5 Caesar Rodney (4-1)(LW No. 5)  The Riders defeated Willow Springs (NC) last week. They host Polytech on Tuesday night

 

No. 6 Tower Hill (3-0)(LW No. 7) The Hillers defeated Concord and conference rival Sanford last week.  They host No. 7 Tatnall on Tuesday and travel to No. 4 Friends on Thursday.

 

No. 7 Tatnall (1-3)(LW No. 6) The Hornets picked up their first win of the season against Newark Charter and lost to No. 4 Friends.  They travel to No. 6 Tower Hill on Tuesday.  They host St Andrews on Thursday and No. 9 Saint Mark’s on Saturday.

 

No. 8 Appoquinimink (3-0)(LW No. 9) The Jags return from spring break this week with a pair of road games.  They play AI DuPont on Monday and Mckean on Tuesday.

 

No. 9 Saint Mark’s (3-0)(LW No. 9)  The Spartans are back in action with 3 games this week.  They travel to Mount Pleasant on Monday, host Delcastle on Wednesday and travel to No. 7 Tatnall on Saturday.

No. 10 Wilmington Charter (4-0)(LW No. 10) The Force have a pair of games this week hosting conference rival Newark Charter on Wednesday and traveling to Sanford on Friday.
