Encompass Elements plans to renovate its New Castle warehouse on Johnson Way in Centerpoint and move jobs from Lansdale.

NEW CASTLE — Encompass Elements, a Pennsylvania-based marketing-fulfillment company, plans to consolidate operations in Delaware, bringing 22 jobs from Lansdale and creating 31 new positions over three years.

The company is seeking a $252,100 state grant through the Council for Development Finance to support its $3.2 million relocation and expansion at 1500 Johnson Way, where it currently employs 21 warehouse employees. The request includes a $64,100 Capex (capital expenditure) grant and likely includes additional performance-based funding for employee relocation and retention. However, that information was redacted from the application, obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request.

“We expect to move over the next six months, pending the grant request outcome,” said CFO Gene Pfeiffer. The company’s 150,000-square-foot New Castle facility is double its Pennsylvania location, with room for future expansion.

The move will combine the company’s operations after 13 years of split facilities, creating operational efficiencies and better customer pricing. The women-owned business, generating over $10 million in annual revenue, will relocate its senior leadership and use local contractors for facility renovations.

The expansion will also shift the company’s revenue to Delaware, generating new gross receipts tax revenue for the state.

Encompass Elements provides fulfillment, digital print, direct mail, inventory, and order management services. Its website says its mission is to “enable clients to manage their marketing campaigns, showcase their brands, and increase its sales.”
