Mill Creek Road between Mendenhall Mill and Brackenville roads will be closed from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 30, and Tuesday, Dec. 1.

  A contractor will be removing trees and pruning dead limbs that pose a safety hazard to motorists, the Delaware Department of Transportation said.

At all times, residents will have access to their homes but may need to take posted detours.

Northbound traffic on Mill Creek Road will take Mendenhall Mill Road to Limestone Road onto Brackenville Road and return to Mill Creek Road.

Southbound traffic will travel west on Brackenville Road to Limestone Road onto Mendenhall Mill Road and back to Mill Creek Road.
