The Delaware Center for Horticulture is teaming up with the Rockford Woodlawn Fund to Horticultural Society to host the Second Annual Wilmington Tree Giveaway on Saturday, April 7, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.  The event will be held at Tilton Park at the corner of 8th and Broom Streets.
