The Charter School of Wilmington Parent Association held their first guest bartending fundraiser at the BBC last month, and with the participation of many teachers, staff and parents were able to raise over $18,000 for the school. The Parent Association helps funds a number of projects. But this year they will help invest in smart boards, grants for student clubs or activities, textbooks, educational software, teacher appreciate activities and of course the After Prom. Some of the guest bartenders included CSW President  Sam Paoli, Parent Association President Karen Gannon, CSW parents Chrissy Dodd, Maureen Murphy, Anna Quisel,  Danielle Elkins and other teachers and parents. “Our daughter really enjoys Wilmington Charter,” said Chrissy Dodd. “So I was glad to help out with such a fun activity for a worthy cause.”
