We’re a day early for #tbt but are thinking back to sunnier and longer days in August when the Hockessin Athletic Club presented a golf outing at Hartefeld National Golf Club that benefited Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Delaware.

Eighty players participated in the inaugural event, which raised more than $15,500. Plans for a 2016 golf outing are in the works and in May, the Hockessin Athletic Club will be honored by JDRF Delaware as a Community Champion at the 2016 Hope Ball at the Riverfront’s Chase Center.
