Corporation Service Company (CSC) broke ground last week on their new headquarters located  at the corner of Lancaster Pike and Centerville Road. The planned 148,000-square-foot facility will house the majority of CSC’s Delaware employees and incorporate state-of-the art design and sustainability features, including a green roof, sit/stand workstations, collaborative workspaces, and technology upgrades. There will also be a 4-acre natural meadow, walking trails and a parking garage (instead of single layer parking, requiring more asphalt and space).

Founded in 1899, CSC is an incorporation business that represents most of the Fortune 500 companies in America. It has grown to 2,200 employees globally, with 948 located in Delaware. “Delaware is our home,” said CSC President and CEO Rod Ward. “And by establishing our global headquarters, we look forward to continued growth here and globally.”
