The dogs certainly didn’t slow down the runners at this year’s Faithful Friends Animal Society 5K and Mutt Mile! The 5th annual run/walk and one-mile doggy walk drew some 350 people and their adorable canines to Bellevue on September 20th for a race throughout the grounds of the State Park. The top three dog finishers received medals, as did the overall male and female runners and folks in a variety of age groups. With food, vendors and adoptable dogs, it was a great day for the many participants and supporters of Faithful Friends.
