Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. (HHA) is pleased to announce that David Ricci and Colin Flynn of The Flynn Company, Philadelphia, PA, have been selected as its “2014 Brokers of the Year.”
In the midst of a slowly recovering real estate market, Mr. Ricci and Mr. Flynn contributed greatly to HHA’s continued success in 2014, facilitating the lease of a new tenant, Art Guild, into 23,856 sq ft of warehouse, office and showroom space at 200 Anchor Mill Road in the Twins Spans Business Park (TSBP) in New Castle, DE.
Art Guild specializes in the creation and management of award-winning 3-D marketing, educational and event programs. As an industry leader, Art Guild creates, manages, fabricates and installs trade show and museum exhibits and retail displays. Established in Philadelphia as a sign fabricator in the early 1920s, Art Guild gradually expanded its scope of services to four locations in New Jersey, Nevada, New York and Delaware. Art Guild serves many Fortune 500 companies, including Master Card, Campbell Soup Company, DuPont, and PayPal, among many clients of large prestige.
TSBP is considered by many to be the premier distribution campus in the mid-Atlantic region, featuring 1.85 million square feet of Class A commercial warehouse space spread across 135 acres of land along the Delaware River. Twin Spans further offers superior logistics throughout the mid-Atlantic region and points beyond, with immediate access to I-95, I-295, I-495 and the Delaware Memorial Bridge. TSBP is the longstanding home to many companies of large prestige: Lyon Conklin Corporation; Hibbert Group; Iron Mountain Records Management; Philadelphia Gear; Scotts Lawn Service; Speakman Company; Zenith Products Corp.; Tire Rack; WarpEx, Inc.; PODS Inc.; Five Below; Canada Dry; and Legacy Supply Chain Services.
“We are excited to welcome Art Guild to Twin Spans, as they bring a cutting-edge business model to the industry along with value-adding products, jobs and services to the local economy,” stated E. Thomas Harvey, President, HHA.
“We thank and congratulate David and Colin for their hard work and commitment to excellence to bring us a value-adding, stellar tenant,” stated Thomas J. Hanna, HHA vice president and chief operating officer.
In recognition of Mr. Ricci and Mr. Flynn’s achievements, HHA will donate $3,000 in the name of The Flynn Company to The Delaware KIDS (Kids In Distressed Situations) Fund. This charitable fund was established by HHA to support a wide array of causes for local youth, including specialized support for hunger, shelter, and tuition scholarships. Since 1997, HHA has donated over $1 Million to local charitable causes.
