Kind to Kids and members of the Delaware community came together this holiday season to brighten the lives of children who are victims of child abuse and neglect. With donations from hundreds of well wishers and supporters, Kind to Kids delivered toys and books to the 600+ children in foster care throughout the state before the Christmas holiday. Sisters Tracy Pettinaro Crowley and Cindy Pettinaro Wilkinson spearheaded the effort, reaching out to many friends over the month of December to collect toys for foster kids of all ages.
