TSD: Delaware’s best take on events, community and local life

IMG_1076The Urban Land Institute of Philadelphia recently hosted a networking event at Lighthouse Cove in Dewey Beach. Attendees enjoyed walking tours of the new Hyatt Place Hotel, The Residences at Lighthouse Cove and the rooftop plaza overlooking the Rehoboth Bay. Attendees also learned about the next phase of the Lighthouse Cove redevelopment.

Following the tours, guests networked at Que Pasa? Mexican Restaurant for Happy Hour with live music by Keith Mack and one of the best sunsets of the summer. The event was sponsored by Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc., ArchiBIM, Lighthouse Cove and The Commonwealth Group.

IMG_1367Attendees included representatives from the Delaware Economic Development Office (including Secretary Alan Levin), and several professionals from the regional commercial real estate sector such as architects, designers, engineers, land-use attorneys, commercial lenders, environmentalist and members from the local media.
