The Boy Scouts of Troop 29 took advantage of a beautiful summer weekend to support their colleague Jasper Lee, and his Eagle Scout project at Tri-State Bird Rescue. The scouts worked to renovate the flight cage, both replacing and painting existing boards. The flight cage is a critical resource in Tri-State’s efforts to rehabilitate injured raptors such as bald eagles, hawks, and owls.
