Small business is big business, as First State Community Loan Fund (CLF) demonstrated at its recent Annual Luncheon. More than 3/4 of loans made by the community development financial institution go to small businesses – more than double the amount loaned just five years ago. Nearly 100 business and community leaders also welcomed four new board members to First State CLF:
