In 2009, Bree launched Dilwyne Designs, a design studio born from her many travels, her eye for detail, and her knack for making her environment, no matter where it is, a place where friends and family are always welcome and comfortable. Her passion for combining old and new became a signature stamp on her own home and on the spaces she designs for clients.

During these frigid weeks of winter, here’s a glimpse of a patio project we wrapped up this fall. It’s always worth wishing for spring to arrive sooner rather than later and viewing a nice outdoor patio will kick that off. The client’s vision was to create an inviting outdoor entertaining space with a large outdoor fireplace. To draw people outside and towards the fireplace, we created a lounge area. We also added a long dining table behind the lounge area. The patio is now the perfect place to entertain guests practically year around. This outdoor space can accommodate any season, whether you are sipping hot totties by the fire to stay warm or frosty drinks in the shade to stay cool, you will be comfortable relaxing in this gorgeous space.
