The 38th annual Mayor’s Icicle 10-Miler brought hundreds of runners downtown for a chilly, hilly race last weekend. The course, known regionally as a challenging one, looped runners along the river up and through Rockford Park, out Route 52 and back, ending with a steep quarter-mile uphill on Adams Street. The event benefits the Central Y and Mike Clark Legacy Foundation.
