‘Tis the season…cookie season, that is! The Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay Council kicked off their 2014 cookie season last weekend, with girls from across the region meeting with their troops and service units to plan for the season, learn selling strategies and, of course, sample the goods! The annual cookie sale is more than a fundraiser; participating Girl Scouts learn leadership and financial literacy skills – and who doesn’t like the taste of that?!
