The banks of Wilmington’s Brandywine River set the stage for one of the regions largest outdoor art shows this past weekend at the 53rd annual Brandywine Festival of the Arts. Open air tents were filled with crafts and works of art to appeal to art lovers, collectors and folks who just wanted to admire the offerings from some 250 exhibitors. Held on Saturday and Sunday, the event also included musicians, restauranteurs and of course vendors with sugary treats.
