A national phenomenon hit Dover earlier this month, when Run or Dye brought its famed color run – and more than 5,000 participants! – to Dover International Speedway. The untimed 5K (3.1 miles) looped around the speedway and finished outside, with runners receiving regular dousings of eco-friendly, non-toxic dyes in a rainbow of colors.
