Hundreds of hungry runners hit the streets of Dewey last weekend for the second annual Dewey Beach Buddy Run, followed by an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast. The 5K raises awareness of and funds for Best Buddies Delaware, a nonprofit dedicated to establishing opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
