This beach run also serves up hot pancakes! The Dewey Beach 5K Run/Walk to benefit Best Buddies includes an All You Can Eat Pancake Breakfast at the Lions Club. The run/walk is a chipped and timed 5K run. Each runner will enjoy the beautiful view while supporting Best Buddies Delaware and the Boardwalk Buddy Walk.  The Dewey Beach Lions and Leos will assist individuals with disabilities from the CHIMES Vocational center in preparing the meal.  Runners present their bib for free entrance to the Pancake Breakfast and the post race party.  Enjoy free Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s and Beer donated by Starboard’s at the post race party!

Registration 7:00 am. Race starts 8:10 am. Pancake breakfast from 9 to 11 am. Visit www.bestbuddiesdelaware.org/run for more information.
