Save the date… Prime your engines! Join us on Sunday, Aug 11 for the Rockabilly Rumble with rocking’ bands, a flea market, beer garden and bar-b-cue. The rain or shine event is presented by Gable Music Ventures and will offer fun for the whole family. Doors open at Noon, show begins at 1:00 pm.

Rockabilly Rumble is Gable Music Ventures‘ and World Cafe Live at the Queen’s first collaborative indoor/outdoor music festival on Market Street in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. The event will including food trucks, delicious barbecue, local clothing, vinyl and antiques vendors and a beer garden with plenty of rockabilly, swing and roots music leading into late night burlesque and more! Kids under 12 get in free and tickets are just $10 to gain access to the daytime portion (all ages), $20 for just the evening (18+), and $25 for the whole shebang (also 18+)!

Beginning at 1pm, Peanut Butter and Jams will kick things off and present some fantastic live music for kids and the people who drive them. Daytime performers to follow include The Tin Can Ramblers, the vintage variety of Hot Buttered Nuggets, the virtuosic guitar twang and signature wildcat voice of Kathia Jane and the V8’s and more! The Rumble will swing in a rowdy direction come 7:00 PM as the festival becomes 18+ and heads indoors with Philadelphia’s premiere neo-burlesque troupe The Peek-a-boo Revue, Full Blown Cherry and – stay tuned for more line-up and schedule announcements!
