True to the predictions for this Year of the Snake, last weekend’s Chinese Festival gave attendees an opportunity to make new discoveries! Presented by the Chinese American Community Center (CACC) in Hockessin, the annual festival seeks to foster the understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture and heritage through exhibits and performances. Among the highlights were the dragon dances that opened each day’s activities, and this year’s special exhibition of ancient Chinese jade.
