Nearly 1,000 walkers, including Senator Coons and his family, turned out on a sunny Saturday for the annual Walk MS on the Riverfront. Miss Diamond State, Mikaila Ryan, sang the National Anthem, and Bianca Fraser- Johnson, Delaware’s top individual fundraiser and captain of the top fundrasing team, Spicy Stuff, cut the ribbon to start the walk. The fundraising event netted nearly $150,000, which will go to research and programs to help the more than 1,550 Delawareans living with MS.
