Wilmington’s Pettinaro family paid tribute to area volunteers last night with more than kudos and flattery. At their 2nd annual Celebrate Charitable Women event, held at the the newest model residences at The Pointe in Brandywine Park, Tracy Pettinaro Crowley, Cindy Pettinaro Wilkinson, Vicky Pettinaro Martelli, Deirdre Pettinaro and Midge Pettinaro assembled a group of some 230 women — friends of theirs — to thank them for their volunteer work in the community. And they awarded several attendees with gifts! Vickie Montague won the Pettinaro Women Charitable 1,000 gift for the Cancer Federation of Delaware. Denee Plank won the Great dames in honor of the Pettinaro women Charitable 1,000 gift for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinsons Research. And several friends won goodies and gift certificates from Designer Consigner, Houpette, Flowers by Yukie and Signature Sitters.
