The Irish Society of Delmarva, a non profit organization dedicated to  promoting Irish history and culture, is holding a St Patrick’s Day party on March 15th at the Elks Club of Dover. The party will feature the well known Sean Fleming band. Before March 15th, the tickets are $25 per person and at the door, they are $30.
