Friends of the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware were treated to a 5-course dinner at Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Wilmington on Monday. Board members and supporters purchased tickets to the dinner gala, but Sullivan’s donated the meal. Once a year Sullivan’s closes its doors to the general public to throw a memorable dinner party for the home-away-from-home for families of children admitted to A.I. DuPont Hospital. The sell-out event requires four chefs and a full wait staff who are delighted to support such a worthy non-profit. “Our executive chef enjoys creating the perfect menu and wine pairings for each course,” said General Manager Bill White. “It’s an event we look forward to every year.”
