Artist Joe Girandola uses duct tape to render local, national and global cultural icons at this current exhibit at the Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts. From the Taj Mahal to vintage cars and L.A. diners, his large-scale canvasses reflect layered social commentary through a folk vernacular.
