With so many “extracurricular” options these days – the Wii, Facebook, Playstation, etc. – isn’t it a shame that some folks still spend their free time vandalizing? Fortunately, we here in New Castle County can count on the volunteer Citizens’ Anti-Graffiti Brigades to help keep our streets and structures clean. Many thanks to this vigilant crew!
