Free fitness fun for the whole family! Wilmington’s Rodney Square was the site of this year’s free Fall Fitness Fest, hosted by the WIlmington Renaissance Corporation to emphasize the importance of health and wellness while promoting family activities. Kids and adults enjoyed an afternoon filled with tennis, Zumba dancing, cycling, baseball, soccer, an obstacle course, and rock climbing. And Accent Rock School provided three hours of a free concert on the Square.
