The Hispanic Parade is a perfect example of everything that Nuestras Raices Delaware stands for.  It combines entertainment, culture, passion, and hard work all into one event. The Hispanic Parade starts at the intersection of 4th and Union Streets and follows down 4th Street to St. Paul’s Church at N. Jackson Street.
