The Delaware Theatre Company is pleased to announce that actors Peter Strauss, Ian Lithgow and Michael Learned will join the cast of The Outgoing Tide, set to open in October. A drama by Barrymore Award-winning playwright Bruce Graham, The Outgoing Tide runs at the DTC Wed., Oct. 10 through Sun., Oct. 28, and marks the first show of the DTC’s 2012-2013 season.
