Despite scorching hot conditions, the Delaware District Adult Tennis League Playoffs enjoyed another banner year, with champions ready to pack their bags for the regional playoffs in Princeton, NJ. Thanks to the leadership of league coordinator Patti Donato, and help from a surrounding cast including Charlene Lambert, Dave Lester, Pat Kleinfelter, Joe Dombrowski, Mary Short, Kris Nonnenmacher, and Pat and George Watson, the team captains and many other volunteers, the complex tasks of organizing dozens of teams across several court sites went off without a hitch.
