Some 350 Delawareans descended on Georgetown’s CHEER center last weekend to enjoy tasty beef and beer at the Delaware Hospice Beef & Brew. The annual event supports Delaware’s only not-for-profit hospice program and the critical end-of-life health care services they provide. The Lighthouse and Starboard Restaurants as well as Banks Wines & Spirits supported the event. Music by The Funsters. “We are grateful to the commitment of friends and supporters as we try to meet the growing needs of our community,” remarked Chief Administrative Officer Anne Priester.
