The Delaware Theatre Company raised the curtain on a four-day food and wine feast in Wilmington that included winemakers from seven countries, six international chefs, and 20 Delaware chefs, including “Master Chef” Season 2 winner Jennifer Behm, who served up creole alligator in risotto at Sunday’s Gospel Brunch. The weekend’s events took place at The Hotel DuPont’s Gold Ballroom, where several hundred guests savored exceptional wines and culinary cuisine from other local star chefs including Domaine Hudson‘s new Executive Chef J.D. Morton, a 2012 James Beard restaurant industry awards nominee.
