The First Annual MSquerade took place at the Queen Theatre in Downtown Wilmington on November 18th. Thanks to the hard work of the Delaware MS Society’s Emerging Leaders Council, volunteers, and staff, the event was a huge hit, raising approximately $85,000. Guests of all ages came dressed to the nines for this one-of-a-kind event. Attendees adorn in masks and mardi gras-themed black-tie attire enjoyed a night filled with live music, food, and a magical atmosphere at the Queen. Nearly 400 people attended including Senator Chris Coons, New Castle County President Tom Kovach, and Honorary Event Chairs Carin and John Rollins. You won’t want to miss next year’s event so save the date: November 9, 2012! Proceeds benefitted the National MS Society, Delaware Chapter.
