Susanna Donoho of Wilmington, a St. Andrew’s School product and recent graduate of Colby College, has been named to the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association Division III All-America Second Team.

The coxswain for the Colby women’s varsity 8 during her senior season, Donoho held the same spot in the boat for the Colby men’s varsity 8 in her junior year. The Mules finished the season ranked 11th in the country this year.

The coxswain’s responsibility is to keep the boat and rowers safe at all times, steer the boat, execute the race plan and make changes as needed based on conditions.

Strength of schedule, regular season record, end of the season results, nomination rank, comments from the head coach, and 2,000-meter erg score were some of the selection criteria for the All-America teams.
