DFRC's Holidazzle Celebrates 60 Years

With brilliance and sparkle, the 2015 Holidazzle once again enchanted guests while raising funds for DFRC — Delaware Foundation Reaching Citizens with Intellectual DisABILITIES. Held at the Delaware Museum of Natural History, the evening featured a surprise appearance by the Philly Phanatic, dancing to tunes by DJZip, and dueling guest bartenders, including Bob Carpenter, Katherine Maki, Rob Tattersall, Valerie Sheets and others. Long-time culinary partner Toscana created special anthropological food stations such as the “Dinosaur Egg Bar” in the Dinosaur gallery and a Wild Board Slider bar and ruffage salad at the African Watering Hole exhibit. Celebrating their 60th anniversary this year, Holidazzle helped raise more than $50,000 for DFRC.
