Summer Art Show in Greenville
The One Greenville Crossing shopping center looked brighter last weekend thanks to the Delaware Foundation for Visual Arts and their 2012 Summer Art Show. Thirty local artists presented original artwork Friday through Sunday, helping to raise money for DFVA scholarship programs. The DFVA is non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the arts. They provide scholarships to high school seniors pursuing careers in the visual arts, offer workshops and seminars, and schedule exhibitions to showcase works of local artists.
